Exit the airport to Interstate-95 south towards New York. Follow for 5 miles to RI-4 South towards North Kingstown and travel for 10 miles. Bear right onto the RI-138 ramp east to Jamestown and the bridges. Continue on RI-138 E ramp to Fall River (RI-114 N)/Cape Cod and turn left at Admiral Kalbfus Rd. Follow and at second light, then left at W Main Rd (RI-138).

From Boston and the North:
Take Interstate-93 south to Route-24 to Tiverton and Rhode Island. Follow to W Main Road (RI-114) and continue to 317 W Main in Middletown.

From the Cape and the East:
Follow US-6 west to Route-25 west to Interstate-195. Take the I-195 exit 1 towards New Bedford and Providence. Follow I-195 for 26 miles to Route-24 S towards Tiverton and Rhode Island. Follow to W Main Road (RI-114) and continue to 317 W Main in Middletown.

From Connecticut and the South via Interstate-95:
Follow Interstate-95 north towards Providence to exit 5A, RI-102 and head east towards Kingstown. Take RI-102 to RI-2, Victory Highway) to RI-4 and go south. Travel for about 4 miles and bear right onto the RI-138 ramp east to Jamestown and the bridges. Continue on RI-138 E ramp to Fall River (RI-114 N)/Cape Cod and turn left at Admiral Kalbfus Rd. Follow and at second light, turn left at W Main Rd (RI-138).
